Appointments: To secure your appointment a 25% non-refundable deposit must be made, this will come off your total service. Please remove all makeup prior to coming to your appointment. Please fill in all consent forms prior to appointment. Arrive 10 minutes early for appointments. Guests: No guests will be allowed at this time due to limited space in treatment area. There is a lobby to wait for appointments. Children can be very disruptive to not only your time but other clients as well! We ask that you please find child care for all appointments. Children cannot be left in the lobby. Deposits: All services require non-refundable security deposits in order to secure your appointment. This amount goes into your remaining balance due the day of your appointment via Cash, CashApp ($2 fee), Zelle, or Debit/Credit cards (2.6% processing fee). Promotions: Specials and Discounts will not be extended. These are promotions meant to be used in a timely manner. Discounts/Specials cannot be combined.  Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. The appointment can be transferred to another date. Any cancellations under the allotted time will be charged 50% of the services booked. Late Arrivals: Please contact me if you will be late. The time you are late for will be taken out of your service time. A 15 minute grace period will be given. After the allotted time has passed, the appointment will be rescheduled and the deposit will be forfeited. Repeat late arrivals will not be allowed to book future appointments. No Shows: No shows will result in a 100% charge of the services booked. Repeat no shows will not be allowed to book future appointments.
